A native of Colombia, Monica moved to Toronto as a Productions Engineer in 2000 with only her 3 kids and no essential English communication. A year later, she obtained her Insurance License, followed by her Mutual Funds License in 2002. Her efforts and service to her community were finally rewarded in 2003 when she received the Silver Designation at Clarica Life Insurance. She was rated the number 10 agent among 150 other competitive agents.  

Monica's passion for real estate grew exponentially, and she obtained her Real Estate License in 2005 and later moved to Edmonton with her husband to establish their first realty company in 2012. She has helped hundreds of families find their dream homes and create generational wealth through property investments.

Outside of real estate, Monica serves on the Board of Directors as the founder of Hope for Her Global Foundation. She serves at Realtors Association of Edmonton (RAE) on the Arbitration & Professional Services Committee. She is a dynamic community leader and a Certified Life & Executive Coach in Ontario and Alberta, with a soft spot for women's movements.
