$125 (Plus GST) Monthly Fee - charged at the start of every month.  The initial foundational trainings are included.


Deal Fees

$350 per Deal

CAP at 15 Deals

$250 after CAP

GST Applies to All Deal Fees

Realtors on the average save 20% or more on commission splits and fees when they join RITE Realty.

RITE REALTY's value propositions are to help you grow your business and earn more by putting more revenue into your pockets.  You get paid 100% Commission on all your own deals.  We will only charge a very minimal transaction fee to keep the Brokerage business going.
