1.You will be enrolled to 100 days Bootcamp. Here you will learn what must be done to start your career in real estate.
2. We will give you the initial training on the powerful technology we use to connect with clients, prospects, generate leads and convert them to clients.
3. We follow a system with nine principles in the way we do our real estate business.
On your training period, you will go in the field with an experienced realtor. You will have a hands on training on how to serve Buyers or do a listing presentation to a Seller.
You will be exposed on how to write different real estate forms.
We will guide you through the buying and selling processes.
1. We will discuss and brain storm actual cases. New realtors can appreciate what they will expect in real life scenarios and how to handle challenging situations.
2. One of RITE REALTY's responsibility is to make sure our realtors are aware of the laws, rules and regulations that will affect them in their practice of real estate. We will also discuss and brain storm some RECA and RAE cases.
Our in house trainers will have a one on one discussion with you to find out where is the level of all your real estate habits and skills. Based from this assessment a training plan will be developed to suit your needs.
Agents who already have a couple of years of experience in real estate will be enrolled in our Mastery Bootcamp. Agents will be offered an in-depth knowledge of lead generation, working with clients and building a business plan.
We utilize a powerful technology that will offer our realtors with a very powerful lead engine, customizable realtor website, smart CRM, Listing Management and Marketing, business intelligence and analytics, and create your own unique technology eco system. All of these in one platform.
